INTRODUCING

A series of creative collaborations that are shaping the future

The Collaboration
We invited designer and natural-dye artist Ian Allen Greer to transform previously unwearable finds from The RealReal into an exclusive collection of one-of-a-kind pieces.

The Process
The dyes he uses come from things you probably have in your kitchen right now. (Think: turmeric, avocado pits, onion skins.) For this collection, he was inspired by the summer solstice—the kickoff of long, warm days spent in nature.
“We’re giving new life to these pieces, so I wanted them to feel extremely wearable, something you’ll reach in your closet for over and over again. On a hot afternoon, for a picnic in the park.”

About Ian Allen Greer
The Brooklyn-based artist founded his eponymous brand in 2020 with a mission: “to create good clothes, made by good people, that are good for you, and good for the planet.” Every one of his pieces is hand-dyed using only plant-based pigments on natural, deadstock, or vintage materials, and produced in collaboration with a local circular supply chain.
