Where We Ship
The RealReal currently ships to street addresses in the continental U.S, Alaska, and Hawaii. Because most of our orders are shipped via UPS we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. The RealReal does not ship to U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam. We do ship to Canada.

Should you place more than one order per day during our shipping hours, we will do our best to combine your orders into a single shipment and charge you only once for shipping and handling.
Package & Shipping Delivery
The RealReal fulfills orders from warehouses in New York City and Northern California, and shipping times are dependent on the individual order’s departure location. Orders received before 4pm Monday-Friday are shipped same day from their warehouse, and orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday.
*Please note, when you receive your order confirmation email, you will be able to track your shipment from its warehouse.
Orders shipped within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive within 2-7 business days. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS Ground and should arrive within 4-7 business days. Orders shipped to Canada are shipped UPS and should arrive within 4-7 business days.
*Please note shipments to Canada may incur duty charges. The RealReal is not responsible for incremental duty fees and taxes.
* For items shipped from one location, we will do our best to combine shipping on additional orders placed prior to 4pm PST on the same day.
Package Tracking
We will send an email notification when your package has shipped that will include tracking information. You can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in My Account.
Delivery Insurance
The RealReal packages are secured directly by the shippers.
Sales Tax
The RealReal is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with a taxable order shipped to a California address.
